Hospitality Consulting & Services was created by Brian Anderson to offer independent, professional, and affordable support to the hotel, restaurant, health care and hospitality industries.
As a hospitality professional with over 30 years international
management experience in a vast variety of senior operational
roles, and as a successful restaurateur, hotel manager and qualified
chef, Brian is eminently qualified to comment on all hospitality
operations from the kitchen design and fit-out through to the
financial structures and the unique dynamics of food and beverage
service delivery.
Holding recognised qualifications (Certificate IV) in Workplace
Assessment and Training and (Certificate IV) Food Processing.
