From the initial consultation to conduct a feasibility study, through to supporting us in the design and planning stages, we have found Brian's hands-on practical advice, along with regular access to a wide range of information about the industry, to be invaluable.
Brian was able to provide us with detailed information to guide the project in the early stages and his years of work in the hospitality industry have been invaluable in the planning stages.
He continues to support us as we enter the building phase and we look forward to his contributions as we establish operating systems for the project.
